* Effective August 1, 2010, D.C. Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15 was amended to make participation in the D.C. IOLTA program mandatory for D.C. lawyers who receive IOLTA–eligible funds, subject to certain limited exceptions. 规则1.19 and Appendix B to the D.C.
